Kathryn Dieter is a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for creating exceptional experiences. Originally from Perry, GA, she and her husband, Bob, moved from Hudson, OH, and are proud to call Lakewood Ranch Country Club home. Kathryn’s strong core values of integrity, kindness, and honesty anchor her career in real estate, as well as her commitment to providing excellent customer service and guidance. With a background in management and sales within esteemed hospitality establishments like The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Four Seasons Resort, and Hampton Inn & Suites, Kathryn brings over 20 years of customer service, management, and problem-solving skills to the real estate world. In these previous roles, she has honed her skills in understanding customer needs and surpassing expectations. As a real estate professional, Kathryn’s goal is to truly understand the priorities of her clients, ensuring a swift and accurate identification of potential properties that align with their vision. She believes in building strong relationships, developing genuine rapport with her clients, and always keeping their best interests at heart.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Kathryn enjoys the natural beauty and cultural richness of the Suncoast. She is captivated by the endless sunshine, serene beaches, and diverse wildlife in Sarasota and loves paddleboarding through mangroves and savoring the local culinary scene. Kathryn is a passionate tennis and pickleball player and enjoys biking, swimming and reading. She also loves spending quality time with friends and family. She and her husband are extremely proud of their 3 adult children, Rob, Sarah and Andrew. They both enjoy taking daily walks with their two rescue dogs, Marley and Buster. Kathryn feels that every day is a gift, filled with beauty and adventure when you are living "in the Ranch," and her goal is to help clients find that same joy when buying or selling on the Suncoast.
